Water dog

As the weather in balmy Devon has been so nice this week I have been paddling up in the Dartmoor streams.

Here is a pic of me demonstrating how small the ripples are after I have jumped in!

Splash!

Wedding day blues

My big brother got married at the weekend and I was so excited about attending. I thought that I was bound to be the ring bearer or something like that.

But I got left behind as apparently I would have distracted from the people looking at the couple by being too cute myself… To be fair, this would have been true!

Well, congratulations big brother anyway, woof!

Walk to the sea

I did a walk from Lympstone to Topsham last week. They’ve built a new path so it is nice and straightforward to walk. I walk super fast, in order that I have enough time to get sniffs in, but of course the humans slow me down and this meant that we missed our train home. So, we had to wait around for the next one. Here is a picture of me by the sea, looking a bit fed up because of all the waiting.

Paddling

Now that the summer is here, my thoughts turn towards paddling in the sea!

Crossing the railway

I was safely leading the human across. They need my help with these things.

More snow…

Snow :)

It snowed at home today. I went for a walk and it was great fun to wander round in. Although it was funny snow and it gave me snow boots, I’m not so sure about this, so I think it is time to go inside and curl up on the sofa!

Burning the heather at Dartmoor

I had a trip to Dartmoor last week and they were burning the heather – all very dramatic. I love being a Devonshire dog!
