Sussex holiday

As promised here are a couple of photos from my recent trip to Sussex.

I’m not scared of dogs bigger than me, I still greet them in the traditional doggy manner!

On the beach

I had lots of fun playing on beaches, and paddling in the sea, and chasing waves! (I refuse to swim though, I don’t see the point).

One of the humans had a 60th birthday during this holiday, so the rest of the family came down for a visit so I had a busy time saying hello to everyone.

As well as playing on the beach, we also went for walks on the South Downs, and looked around the local town of Lewes. I recommend both as places to visit.

Tail injury

Thought i’d share a tale from my holiday. We were out and about and I met another doggy. It was a very nice doggy and I was very excited. When I get excited I wag my tail lots, and so on this occasion this is what I did. Unfortunately I was wacking my tail against a table leg and managed to injure it. For about half an hour afterwards I couldn’t lift my tail in the air! Has anyone else ever hurt their tail by wagging it too hard I wonder…

football

We had a visitor to the house this weekend. I thought she came to see me especially, but there was some mention of a football match being the reason but I doubt it. So on the theme of football however, I showed off some of my silky football skills, or mouthball as I call it, there is no need to kick the ball with your paws when you can pick it up in your mouth and run away with it!

Will be putting up some photos of my holiday to the seaside the other week soon. I went paddling in the sea, a lot braver than the humans!
