Have been for an annual check up at the vets and getting booster injections. But the exciting thing is meeting all the other animals and having a vet make a fuss of me, I didn’t notice the injection when it happened. I met a Spaniel at the vets and we had good fun saying hello, I think it is a good place to go and make friends.
I also got some stuff to try and ward off ticks and fleas – hazards from when I go walking in the woods!
Does everyone else enjoy their trips to the vets or is it just me?

Bugsy, I think you are a very brave dog! I don’t like going there, but sometimes it is fun to talk to other dogs in the waiting room. It takes my mind off the vet for a little bit. Next time I have to go to the vets I’ll think of you and maybe it will halp me be brave!

cody bear loves the vet. the receptionist has the longest fingernails in the world and scratches his back. and the doctor and techs all coddle him.
however, he does NOT like the slippery examination table, especially when they elevate it.
and he wants to eat their resident cat….

I like my vet, but not shots. She is very good at giving them, so they are not too bad. She always makes a big fuss about me when I visit, so she makes me feel good.
