Snow
April 28, 2008 · 2 Comments
I mentioned the other day that it snowed and that I had great fun playing in the stuff. Well, here is a picture of me in the snow.

Having problems uploading pictures, but here is a link. It’s hard when you’re a dog to keep up with changes in technology!

Me and the boxer
April 25, 2008 · 1 Comment
I saw the dog the other day who I really don’t like as he is a bit of a bully. He was sitting outside the shop which is exactly what I had planned. So I had to go for a wander until it was safe to be tied to the lampost without being picked on. I think really that I deserved a treat for being such a good boy!
I’m looking forward to the Bank Holiday weekend as I’m told that my ghostwriter is coming down from London for a visit and lots of playing hopefully!

Boys weekend
April 22, 2008 · 1 Comment
Well, the other weekend I was left in charge of the house with the man second in command so I was able to loaf around and have lie-ins in a blokeish manner.
On the Friday we had to walk down to the train station to pick up the car that had been left behind for the other human’s trip to London. I’d hoped that we were going to a run, but it turned out to be a long walk instead. I demanded lots of playing afterwards to make up for not going on my run.
I’d hoped for lots of fun on Saturday. It started with a long walk at Stoke Woods in the morning, but ended up with me being left on my own whilst the human went off to watch the football. I reckon that I could play for Exeter better than some of the others, I have great ball skills!
On Sunday we went for a walk at Drake’s field, it started with sunshine but then these weird things fell out of the sky, “hailstones”, I tried to eat them but they didn’t taste of much. I thought maybe it was some manna from heaven for me, but I think someone was playing a trick. Bit like that weird snowy stuff.
All in all I think I was glad when the head of the household returned to bring some order to the place!

Trip to vets
April 4, 2008 · 3 Comments
Have been for an annual check up at the vets and getting booster injections. But the exciting thing is meeting all the other animals and having a vet make a fuss of me, I didn’t notice the injection when it happened. I met a Spaniel at the vets and we had good fun saying hello, I think it is a good place to go and make friends.
I also got some stuff to try and ward off ticks and fleas - hazards from when I go walking in the woods!
Does everyone else enjoy their trips to the vets or is it just me?

Happy Easter
March 25, 2008 · 2 Comments
I’ve just had a wonderful Easter weekend as all the family came down to visit me! Lots and lots of playing time. Mind you they are quite demanding the family, they arrive home at midnight so I have to play with them into the small hours to keep them entertained.
We had visitors on Easter Sunday, one of whom is not a fan of dogs, but I worked hard to win him over with my charm. But it is hard to contain my excitement when there are so many people around.
I had a few comments this weekend on my lovely winter coat that I have been growing, apparently it makes me look like a big teddy bear - but that is what long fur is for!

Mean dogs
March 6, 2008 · 4 Comments
I got attacked in my local park as I went for a walk the other day. It was this mean Boxer who ran over and picked me up by the scruff of my neck. Luckily my human rescued me from this attack with no damage done. The other owner though then blamed me for my aggression - I have no aggression just a very waggy tail!! I think he conceeded that it may have been the nasty Boxer’s fault. I’ve been told not to talk to nasty dogs anymore.

Walkies
February 23, 2008 · 1 Comment
I’ve been for a walk today at Brampford Speke and I found another Border Terrier to play with! I had great fun running around the fields in the fresh air.
Had to visit the pub afterwards - today we went to the Beer Engine in Newton St Cyres.
PS do you like my photo - this was my birthday present…. from the Royal Academy, a craigie aitchinson design
